  • Send us an email for subettencourt@gmail.com with your order number, shipping information and the new item(s) you want to purchase.
  • Mention the items you have chosen to exchange and why.
  • Once the request has been sent, you will receive a exchange-confirmation email.
  • Place the item(s) in the original box, ensuring that the packaging and all tags are present and intact.
  • Choose a shipping company to use for your return and be sure that you will get a tracking number.

- If something happens with the item(s) on the return, and they never arrive at our studio, that is the client`s responsibility.

- It`s not allowed to do two consecutives exchanges.

EXCHANGE AT A SUSANA BETTENCOURT STUDIO STORE

 

  • Go to our store in Guimarães.
  • Disclose your order information to one of our sales assistants who will check the item.
  • You will immediately receive the new item(s) you have chosen.

 

Please note that the following conditions must be met for a exchange to be accepted:

  • All items must be returned in their original condition, with all labels intact.
  • Items that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.

 

RETURN

 

You can return an item purchased at www.susanabettencourt.com within 15 days from the date of delivery or collection. Returns are free of charge. Any return must be made from the country in which the purchase was made. There are different ways to return your item(s): return via email or return to our store in Guimarães, Portugal.
