Orders are processed right after payment confirmation. 

Shipping of new items (in case of exchanges) will be processed once the original item has passed our quality-control checks.

  • When shipping items to us, please ensure you use a service that provides a tracking number.

  • The client is responsible for the item until it arrives at our studio.
